Jean-Luc

Why so many stars for so few four-leaf clovers?

For those who are not familiar with the French usages, please note that, "Jean" is a male given name in France which should be translated into "John".
The equivalent given name for the English "Jean" is "Jeanne" in French.
Compound given names such as "Jean-Luc" are common in France. My given name should be translated into something like "John-Lucas".

I was born on May, 21th 1947, at Saint-Cyr l'Ecole, France (about 5 kilometers - 3.1 miles - far form Versailles, behind The Chateau).
Since 1802 up to the end of the World War II, Saint-Cyr l'Ecole was known as the location of the famous Saint-Cyr military academy, equivalent to the U.S. West Point.
(In 2002, the bicentennial of the school was the opportunity to twin it with West - Point).
Divorced : 1983.
Father of twins daughters : Claire & Sophie, born on July, 17th 1979.
Engineer agronomist (National Agronomics Institute. Paris) since 1971.
I have worked during 15 years for several national agricultural organizations in Paris, France.
[Conseil Economique et Social, CNMCCA, Institut Technique de la Vigne et du Vin].
Then, because of unemployment, I have decided to start a new career in computing sciences.
Graduate in computing software (University Paris VIII) since 1987.

At the company I am working for, I am National Information Technology Security Officer (10,000 computers, 1,000 servers in 200 offices all over in France).

I am living in Paris, France since 1968.
If you plan to visit me you should go to my home.
